This tool is part of the EUnetHTA Joint Action 2 which has received funding from the European Union, in the framework of the Health Programme.

The HTA Core Model Online contains a tool that enables production of HTA information using the HTA Core Model®. The site also includes a database of HTA information produced using the tool. The website is being developed and hosted at the Finnish National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) with partial funding from the European Union.

The website is a work in progress, the final version scheduled to be ready by autumn 2015. We welcome all feedback.

Latest news

1.10.2015 The publication of the next HTA Core Model version has been postponed until Oct/Nov.

30.6.2015 HTA Core Model version 3.0 is published as public draft here. The new version contains changes in the ontology (HTA questions) and a new social aspects domain, now called "Patient and Social Aspects". The final version 3.0 will be published in August.

7.5.2015 Two important upgrades in the system:
1) Projects made in HTA Core Model Online can now enter their results in phase 4 of a project by uploading them in a MS Word file. There is no longer need to manually copy-paste the contents. The new method requires using updated MS Word templates available as of today in phase 3 of the project.
2) We are experimenting with a new user interface for viewing existing collections. Instead of selecting items to view, users can now browse the collection through table of contents.
Feedback to these changes is welcome!

7.5.2015 The technical platform is updated to support production of rapid assessments. The system is still in its pilot phase and should be used for testing only. Other project types (e.g. core HTAs) should function as before.

22.4.2015 HTA Core Model version 2.1 is published as final version here. The new version contains a new updated legal domain and changes in the ontology (HTA questions) of several domains. The version can now be used for projects within this site.
